travelyaari is the most worst and pathetic travel site, i have ever seen in my life, i had booked tickets from yatra make my trip and got excellent service from them.
the call center is pathetic and no customer support from those fuckers.
i had booked a volvo ticket in city heart travel for 17aug, 9.15 pm, after making the passenger wait for 3 hrs, those asshole fucker told us the bus is cancelled and all passenger have to travel in some third class shit non ac bus.
if we are paying so much in advance we want a service from travel agent and site guys, but none of them turn on.
give a necessary revert to this mail or else i am going to this this issue of poor service and mental harassment to consumer court and surely will give the worst feedback on on social networking sites and online portals.
