Worst Service from Airtel

Dear Sir/Ma’am,
It took me several visits to the Airtel Store to get a valid SIM for converting my Post – Paid plan to a Pre Paid plan in the last 15 days till they finally handed me a new SIM as my Pre – Paid Card.
How ever on July 28, 2015 at about 8.00 PM, Airtel simply discontinued my number from service.
All outgoing and incoming calls are barred and when someone calls the message played is – This Number does not exist.
I really do not know what to do now that I am stranded with this poor service from AIRTEL.
Kindly advice on the above.
