Worst online store in India – naaptol.com

I ordered a combo pack of three t-shirts in naaptol.com on 06.04.2015 [Order Number – 13953385, Order Amount – Rs. 999 + Rs. 199 (delivery charge) = Rs. 1198 /-, Cash on delivery]. The pack was delivered to me on 15.04.2015. When I opened the pack I found that there were only two t-shirts instead of three. Also the quality of the two t-shirts I received was really bad. Those were made of a skin irritating material that cannot be worn.
Due to the above reasons I promptly called their customer service centre and raised a return request mentioning the reasons for return as follows-
1. Naaptol.com sent an incomplete package
2. The quality of the product was very bad
My complaint was registered (Complaint Number – 9591630) and I was told to send the package to their warehouse which was in New Delhi. I sent the full package I received on 16.04.2015 along with the bill and the reasons for return in printed form. The courier provider was ‘First Flight’ and the consignment number was E91700064979. The package was delivered to the address on 18.04.2015 (confirmed by tracking facility of the courier provider). After that several calls have been made to me on their behalf to confirm my return. After confirming I was told that I will receive a cash voucher of the amount I paid within a few days. But I did not receive any cash voucher within 3 working days. Then I called them to enquire about the issue. I was assured that I will receive the cash voucher within 2 days. After 2 days of waiting I called them again. This time I was told that the cash voucher has been sent to my mobile number but there was no message from them in my inbox. I was again told to wait for 2 days; they assured to call me back in these two days to confirm the cash voucher. After that my problem should be solved. I waited again and just as before, nothing happened in those two days. I called them again and this time I was told that I have received a cash voucher of Rs. 699 because I have returned only two t-shirts. I was being told to send the third t-shirt; which, as mentioned before, was not even sent by them in the package. I explained again about all those things from the very beginning and once again a complaint was recorded. I had to wait 2 more days and nothing happened in these 2 days too. I called them again and still they were at the same place with the same story to tell, the same questions to ask and the same complaint recording.
I was also told to email the courier receipt of return and they would send a refund cheque, but even after 12 days of sending the email, there has been no response from them.
In this situation I feel that I am being cheated by ‘naaptol.com’. They are sending incomplete packages, they are selling cheap quality products at high price, they are not paying attention to their customers’ problems when they need it, and they are not ready to refund the money of the customer even if it is their own fault.
Therefore, I request to take possible steps against ‘naaptol.com’.
