Whirlpool washing machine not working

I had purchased a Whirlpool washing machine during 2004. It started giving trouble recently. The Service Personnel asked me to change the Mother Board which costs Rs. 3000/-. I agreed to the same thinking that the Washing Machine would be OK. The fate of the Washing Machine even after replacing the mother board is the same. When I took this up with the Service Personnel he informed me to carry the Washing Machine to his works which seems to be practically impossible for a man like me. They should send down a more skilled Service Personnel who can attend to this. When I asked the Service Personnel regarding this he hesitates to come down to my House. Can you please take this up with the concerned people.

    since you’re facing such major problems you should get in touch with whirlpool, you should drop them an email listing all the problems you’re facing, your contact details and the SR no of your product at [email protected] and they will definitely solve the issues you’re facing .
