water connection theft in my area

I have a very humble request sir pls help us urgently ur strict action squad against water theft in my area is needed contractor nanhe and plumber kaloo always join n gives illegal connections to people who dont get water without informing bmc
n now 15 days over we dont have water in our house due to our connection theft but bmc is not responding to our compliants given so many times

I know this because 4YRS before our legal water connection was theft so we were suppose to bring water from far away in bottles on cycle but after long struggle of 4yrs and with the help of RTI appeal bmc gave us other connection but didn’t caught our water connection robbers and punished them on the top of it they r bumbarding our old connection bills which was theft no action was taken against connection robbers
And now again after 1 and half yr of giving us other connection it must have theft because each n every tap is having water in watersupply hours and also at non supply hours but our tap water is drawn by somebody before reaching our tap.
PLS SIR HELP US URGENTLY AS MY MOTHER IS PARALYSE PATIENT WE CANT GO HERE N THERE WITHOUT WATER IN OUR HOUSE.
