I had purchased IFB Elina washing machine from vijay sales. But from the very next day it started creating problem and after giving many complains and visiting vijay sales the company replaced the machine with higher version (IFB Senator) and I paid the difference amount (approx. 26000/- total cost to me). The machine worked fine for few days but after that it started creating a problem the company replaced many parts during the warranty (almost the entire machine parts). During the warranty the company tried to fool by replacing the faulty part by second hand parts. Now again the company service man has told that many parts are damaged and it will cost around 3500/-. According to the service man the IFB Senator has many problems being faced by every customer, so he said to buy another machine. Please help me from a fraud company, which has theft at least 33000/- from me and troubled me.
