Maine ek phone kharida tha homeshop18 se(Swipe konnect plus) jiska Maine Rs-5148:00 pay kiya h..but phone box me hand free(lead) missing tha..Maine complain kiya to unhone bola ki 7-10 din me aapka product exchange ho jayega..but aaj is bat ko 10 din ho gye h.
Maine 20-30 bar call kiya inke helpline no.pe ab wo mera phone bhi pic ni krte h..email bhi kiya h 7-8 bar but koi response ni mila..ab mujhe product exchange nhi krwana h,apna paisa refund chahiye 5148+all calls charges jitna bhi mera balance lga h..pls help me sir…I have all call details and mail details also…
