It was mentioned that i will receive my Parcel within 7 to 15 days. but its not been delivered yet.
i had contacted them several times over the phone and also through the email.
and they said they will send me the refund cheque of full amount which is not been delivered yet.
i am helpless now i want you to take strict action against it. and do the needful at the earliest
