VPS ADVISORY IS A FRAUD SERVICE – DO NOT SUBSCRIBE

The VPS advisory through its website www.vpsadvisory.com is offering a plan for retail investor that if somebody is having a demat account and Rs. 50000/- in it than VPS advisory will trade in this and guarantee 20% return on monthly basis. The subscription fee for 3 months is Rs. 10000/-.

I have subscribed retail investor scheme by paying Rs. 10000/- on 03.04.2012 and the Mr. ANand Jain assured me that after 5-6 days the trading will start… after 15-20 days there is no activity found in my trading account. Then I have tried to making call to Mr. Anand Jain, but no response received from him. I tried many times through phone and email but there was no response… One day he picked up phone and told me that he is in hospital and call me back but no call made by him.

Again I have sent mail to [email protected] for making request to start service and I received a mail that VPS advisory will start service within a week.

Between the period from 03.04.2012 to 05.06.2012…I have tried so many times to the VPS advisory for starting services but finally I realized that I have lost my money…..

I have requested them to refund my money but they clearly denied to refund so.

In the month of July I have again started follow up of Mr. Anand Jain and he promised me that he will trade in my account. On 14.8.2012 they did an trade in my account in which I have earned Rs. 1595/- BUT… after this again no activity found in my account. I have sent so many mails/calls, in the beginning (in the month of Sep.12) they told me that they are doing trading in those account which are having Rs. 1 lack balance. I have only Rs. 50 thousand in my account, hence I can not do anything except waiting and follow up of such type of fraud people.

However, I have borrowed money from my relative and deposited in my account and again starting followup for some action….

But this time new excuse given by vps advisory that error is showing while trading in particularly my account (Actually there is no problem.. I have already checked the same with my broker). Finally I have written an email in red to refund my money and received a call from Mr Anand Jain reflecting his anger.
I told that if he is not agree to do trading then refund my money but he refused my requested stating that no refund will be given if I want to stop trade then I can . However, I told to Mr. Anand Jain that I have did my best possible to enable them for making trade in my account by depositing Rs. 1 lakh then why I will want to not trade the faulting is on the VPS side.

After this conversation, to get the revenge from me Mr Anand Jain (Bloody bastard) has did a wrong trade in my Account by buying DLF at 219.35 on 16.10.2012 (the day on which DLF falls by 10%) . VPS advisory which claims that they are very efficiently managing their client’s portfolio has not squared of my position till the day end. Same day I have reminded him that I don’t have margin money to deposit and position may be squared off by next day. Next day the DLF opened at 209 and made high of Rs. 210 but VPS advisory has not loged in my account. I have also sent a mail next day for squaring off the position and received reply that vps team will done it on same day.

Finally on 18.10.2012 the position has been squared off due to insufficient margin at 205 AND I HAVE SUFFERED LOSS AROUND RS. 29000/- . I have also lost my subscription fees of Rs. 10000/-

IN THIS WAY VPS ADVISORY TAKEN REVENGE FROM ME.

I have checked the site of vpsadvisory.com and shocked by seeing that VPS advisory has made profit in some one else account by shorting DLF on 16.10.2012, may be this account of his own.

Now, Mr. Anand Jain is not taking my phone.

So this is my factual position I have shared with all of you people to beware of such type of people to save your hard earned money.

    I 100% agree with the above statement. I paid 10000 for 3 months trading in my account on 1/9/2012. What ever reason given in the above mail is 100% true. As a revenge they started trading in my account 16/1/2013 bought yes bank at 532 and till today they have not exited. Today yes bank market price is 507. I almost lost 25K in a week time also i lost the amount i paid for his service. Finally i myself place an exit call as i dont want to loose my full money. i called many times no reponse to neither mail nor to sms or calls. Guys please trust this message. this is 100% true and dont loose your hard earned money.

    I am Prashant K , and joined the http://www.vpsadvisory.com long back almost 18 months now, like other people in stock market i have subscribed with many tips providers, and at last i took my last chance with vps advisory, i am not here to write any complain or guide any person or change anybodies view.
    i read above complaints only 2 , which is very surprising , i am here because i have full rights to share my story with you all who got little money which is their hard earned, i do not want to misguide you in any ways.
    i had some 8 lac rupees with me when i started trading in stock market with little knowledge in year 2010, with in few months i made lot of money almost 5 lacs , from nifty and stock future, but i did not know that was just momentary, i did not take any single penny out and start trading with 13 lacs, and then slowly slowly i was loosing my money, then i took some professional advisory help now my money started going much faster along with the fees. finally i left with 2.5 lac left , i left trading and stopped . but almost every saturday and sunday i used to do research about companies who can help me recover my losses , after 3 months of my research i got to know about vps advisory services.
    all other plans was same like other companies but this 20% return looks something different, i gave 2 weeks to follow their site and their different clients d-mat account photos on their webpage , some how i got some kind of internal feeling that i should find out more, then i wrote some mails and got some clarity on that.
    i got little believe when they said that i can have my d-mat account any where i want, that gave me feeling that these guys and not behind brokerage commission and stuff like that.
    but still giving my d-mat account to some one i didn’t even know was the big question. i called the number mentioned on web site, Mr. Anand sir .. i will call him sir now.. as now i can say i know him. gave clarification to almost all my questions, i was convinced enough, then i asked him to do trade in my account at least once before i take their service, he was ok with that.. ( i just took my last chance ) i deposited 50,000 Rs. in my D-mat account and gave my details to him. few days their was no trade as i used to watch my account daily evening. one fine day he called me and said he will do my first trade , i was excited and that day i got my profit of 3750/- i was happy not because i got money in my account but was happy because i got the expert which i was looking for so many months…………. so my research or search ends here.
    i took the service and gave only 50,000/- in my trading account, i wanted to wait and watch the service, i do not want to become judgmental so fast also.. after 2 months over i got approx 23400/- after all taxes and all, i was really satisfied, then i asked him for the top up in my account . he first asked me to take out complete profit of 23400/- from my account and gave one wired suggestion , he told me : take the money out and take it in your hand and count 3-4 times and feel that money , which you have earned from stock market and spend all with your family … he asked me to go out and eat in good restaurant buy some thing for my wife and for myself , i said no i want to save it… he said you start saving from here on, but insisted me to spend what i made.. and like wise i took my wife out for dinner that eve, and next day bought small gold ring for her, she was very happy , and i was really really happy doing that.
    My dear friends you all who is reading this is also like me, i do not want to misguide you but in all these 18 months i made enough money with my 2.5 lac starting capital, actual profit i will not disclose here as i am little orthodox kind of person, people should not put bad eye on my money. i can say i have recovered major portion of my loss which i made in this stock market.
    i believe one thing you will make money where you lost it… i am the example. i am writing all this because my wife asked me to do so… the little help for those who are like me .

    I do agree with the Prashant…I tried my luck with many advisory firms but every time lost money only…After getting the recommendation of VPS advisory from one of my friend I associated with them…after associated with the VPS advisory services my losses are getting recovered..Thanks to VPS advisory services to helping me to recover my losses .

    All these advisory services are frauds and are doing simply cut and paste jobs from various advisory portals and then they subscribe to bulk sms services and start doing advisory services by charging you some subscription fees. I got intrigued by an unsolicited sms received today from the above company which states verbatim as under ” “FROM MD-BCSVPS ” Dear Client, Your package cost for cash/ f&o/ commodity segment is approved to 7500- for 12 months. http://www.vpsadvisory.com/07389650363-monica“”. I would absolutely never ask for free tips or advise as my background permits me some analysis, though I am not making great money, but is better than on such fake advisories. There are many from Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Bangalore & Mumbai trolling you based on he sites you visit, so be careful. These are all fraudster having a simple model tat if you can have even 500 /600 subscribers out of desperate people, then a revenue stream of Rs. say 5 lakh is assured for them with expenses not beyond a lakh on few staffs and a modest third floor office without a lift in any building in the neighbourhood. I hope you get the pictures readers. Share market & derivative trade is tricky on a daily basis for making money and none should enter it without a conviction for long term and some knowledge. Most importantly, greed should not drive anyone to stock market. Do your research first fundamentally & then technically, if you can else try investing through a certified financial advisor or a recognised liquid mutual fund.

    I appreciate that you have written something useful for traders.I believe that the fault lies with you people.Please check & evauate yourself whether what exactly you are!

    Ask yourself & correctyourselves .This will help you in your life. Genuine evaluation will surely make up your respective losses & emerge as better confident person.
    Now what you should do?
    You cannt sit & cry like a baby.You all should join to gether.& printout all the evdences of whatever has communicated through mails,Record of deals on said dmat account.Prepare a draft with joint signaure and forward all the documents to applicable bank managerwhere you sent the money,Sebi/cdsl or nsdl whichever is applicable. or both.After collecting documents ,you peaple should have a meeting @ one central place.
    Before forwarding to above,You may warn him that we are going to take action jointly agaist you if ours money is not refunded.Not only that we will file a FIR agaist you.If not responded,take the first action only.All this can be done just sitting @ home if you are LAZY people.Despite you all being lazy,you shuld do this much with enough patience & with all leisure without disturbing yourpeace of mind.Take this as a game & little social responsibility.Last but not the least,never do such business even yourslf after borrowing money.And lazy people are always loosers.
    Later if you feel confident & like to something for nation,you may opt for further stricter action but its all up to you.

    Thank you all for providing details and feedback on this organization. I got an sms on my registration with them (fraud because i have never heard or talked to them). Then I get a call from them on the service, where I outright reject it. Being in the financial sectory was cautious about these.

    very good i am also one of a person cheating by monika in vpsadvisory company ., after getitting a money they will not attend a call ., suppose in any one time attend a call they will told i am in meeting or hospital., please mind all shareholder avoid vpsadvisory company from bangalore ., especially theie monika ., she is one of a leading cheating lady in bangalore or india., vps is a dublicate company noboby will send money to them ., if means swakaa …..!!!
