I also become victim of the same, I have subscribed for 3G Unlimited data plan even they have charged for Rs. 259/– + taxes for downloading from ‘deals_mydala_99’ & ‘myplex_ap_100’ & ‘hello1_tvallsouth’ for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded.When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination and replied that the charges are for accessing some chargeable sites which was not explainable. I also lodged one complain for the same which was replied by nodel office Pooja Jadhav, Nodal Office that nothing is wrong.

I was also getting fraudulently charged for some things that neither I or Vodafone knows.
For the last two bills I was charged Rs. 49 for wapvilla_ppd download and in this bill Vodafone have charged Rs.75 for vuclipindia_75.I have 3G data plan any download will happen through that data. For any other
paid downloads, the respective site will charge me through my credit card or net-banking.So, I don’t understand why Vodafone have charged me for this?
I called their Customer care center for an explanation they were unable to provide a distinct explanation as they didn’t know what it was they were charging me for.
I request Vodafone to return the money. Otherwise I have to switch to some other network.

मैंने अपना bsnl no. इसी महीने वोडाफोन पोस्टपेड में पोर्ट किया और पहला बिल देखते ही बड़ा अफ़सोस हुआ . बिल में डाउन लोड के नाम पर rs. 197/- दर्शाये गए हैं… (deals_mydala_99, wapvilla_ppd)ये डाउनलोड मैंने किये ही नहीं… नेट पर सर्च करने पर ऐसे सैकड़ों प्रकरण दिखाई पड़े … निष्कर्ष यह निकल रहा है कि यह विदेशी कंपनी भारतीय उपभोक्ताओं के साथ ज़बरदस्त धोखाधड़ी कर रही है . एक बहुत बड़े फ्राड को अंजाम दिया जा रहा है और सरकारी संस्थाएं इससे अनभिज्ञ सो रही हैं, ऐसे में चुप होकर जेब कटवाना उचित नहीं होगा हमें आवाज़ उठानी होगी …. और ट्राई व अन्य सक्षम संस्थाओं के साथ PM Mr. मोदी तक शिकायत पहुंचानी होगी यदि वहाँ उचित सुनवाई नहीं होती तो न्यायालय का विकल्प भी अपनाना पड़ेगा….

I am Vodafone customer from Ahmedabad. My mobile number is 9099496157.
In my mobile bill dated 10-12-2014, I have been wrongly billed for the amount of Rs. 75/- under head of vuclipindia_pack75. I have never used such a pack or downloading in my mobile.
I started to search about the details of this pack on the net, and I found that there are hundreds of such complaints spanning the duration of more than 6 months. It’s the matter of shame for big player like Vodafone to cheat the customers like this over such long span of time. If there is some technical mistake, it should be quickly resolved at company’s end. Such incidents loose the trust of customers for company.
I request Vodafone team to contact me on my other number 9099496189 as soon as possible and resolve this matter and remove this amount from my current bill. Already I am fighting with the problem of overbilling with Vodafone since October 2013. In my CUG plan, Vodafone shows some other details and in bills they are not sticking to the CUG details given to me.
