Dear Service Provider,
I have tried contacting you in person,
Already 540Rs has been charged and I have lodged a complaint on the same.
I have not downloaded any content and have no idea on the deductions that’s happening.
Please deactivate any services that’s deducting the amount.
And do consider refunding the same as I have not downloaded any thing and have no idea why it is happening.
Please help me understand the same So I can prevent it from happening again.
I have been patiently waiting for over ten days now and in the mean while same deduction is taking place again.
Please take my request into consideration and do the needful to understand the problem , as I am not getting any proper response from your side.
