I am facing some issues with vodafone… I got to know that Rs. 49 was deducted from my phone on 17th October for some wallpaper download and Rs. 99 was deducted from my phone on 14th November for some SHOTFORMAT website which I didn’t even use it or know about it…I didn’t get any sms for it so I guess they just decided to randomly cut the money from my account.. The deduction for Rs. 99 shows as DNLD-D2C_SHOTFORMATS_TINYTV_PPU_99-SHOTFORMAT..
I am such a person who hardly checks the balance n when i did yesterday, i got to know about Rs.99.. When I called Vodafone and I got to know about the other Rs. 49 which was cut in October and for which i don’t even know the reason or have such balance cut message or any other sort of thing… In their defence they are saying that they can’t control such charges or pop-ups.. As a customer we are in loss no matter what.. WHAT CAN A CUSTOMER DO WHEN THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW THEY BEEN CHARGED FOR SOMETHING WHICH THEY DON’T EVEN KNOW ABOUT IT…
VODAFONE IS A FRAUD!!! SHAME ON VODAFONE…
