I am a vodafone user . I recharged my sim with 100 rs . yesterday i found that my balace is 11 rs . i searched for last charges and found this SALPARNI_LOOKATIT_PPU_75-SALPARNI ? i have not subscribed for this . I don’t even what plan it is . i talked to there customer care even they don’t know what plan or download dis is . even if they r deducting money then where is their service, even they r not providing there service ??? Atleast they shud let us know for what service they had deducted this much amount so that we can use that service ? I even don?t know about this service and had never subscribed this . i want my money to be refund. This id not the first time that they deducted money like this but back then i dint bother much but these are heights they cant do like this every time

I am also facing the same roblem. Yesterday suddenly R 99 was deducted from my vodafone balance. When I contacted the customer care, i got informed that this for a service name salparni. The don’t know what it is. But I haven’t subscribed anything.

Even I faced the same problem…. Kindly see the below reply from VODAFONE:
Thank you for your email dated 06/01/15 regarding the concerns raised for your mobile number 98840xxxxx.
We would like to inform that we have verified our records and found that there were valid usages initiated towards chargeable downloads and the same has been charged for the period 01/01/15 to 31/01/15.
Your SIM card has a unique 19 digit identity number, which is recognized by our network as a valid account. Any usage initiated from your mobile is validated using this unique number which generates the usage details, based on that your billing has been done.
Hence we regret to inform that we are unable to provide waiver for downloads.
Kindly find the docket number xxxxxxxxx for your reference.
