I was a subscriber of vodafone prepaid number 9051525495 for last five year when some sales-personnel persuaded me convert the number to post plan and offered a package by a welcome letter dated 16th Jan,2014 .In terms of the talkplan details, none other than a sum of Rs.250/- is chargeable as fixed charge and an GPRS offer:95_30d_D650MB_2G was offered free. But in the for March 14 the company charged a fixed charge of Rs.95/-for the above GPRS offer. Is this is not case of Breach of Trust and Fraud ?

At the time of initiation of the connection, tariff form was filled and was duly signed by you. The tariff form contains a clear explanation of the plan you have decided to accept. There is no offer of free of rental data pack of Rs.95/-. We are unable to provide any credit for the rental charged in the invoices for the data pack.
