I am being deducted amouts 30,90 amd another 30 for the above content saying i have downladed but i havent downladed anything.
Any one knows ant thing about it please let me know how to prevent it from happening as even yesterday i lost 30 on the same

The same happened for me and its disgusting, I have also logged a complaint on the forum.
Its also happend with me2 times. I think we should not trust on vodafone services .they are unable to solve our problems.change the providers. Other wise solve the problems asap.

Yesterday from my balance also Rs 30 was deducted by the above site.I don’t know when I activated that.This the new way to charge money when you have more balance in mobile.

Vodafone seems to have developed new software.. The moment your balance is fully loaded, it works n deducts n u fail to notice sometimes and that their catch.
Today I became a victim of this . 30/- deducted for nothing. I didn’t download still they deducted.
Request Voda to stop this unethical practice.

had RUPPE 99 deducted fladulently by vodaphone prepaid balance.
The help desk was useless and kept telling me that I have downloaded ”DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO1STORE ”.
I have downloaded nothing and dont know what this is .
I asked the vodaphone customer service guy to help me understand what is the stuff that i have downloaded since it has been deducted from my account and he kept saying this link:-DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_99-HELLO1STORE.I tired to google it and realised that like me there are toehr people who have been overcharged and have posted in consumer forums about the same fraud.
I can see from these forum that i m not the only one who is being cheated by vodaphone.I will quit vodaphone and recommend others to do the same reasons.I have posted these complaints online in costumer forums and will also do the same other sites to ensure that vodaphone doesn’t cheat others.
Same thing happened to me, 99 rs. were deducted for no reason.And the customer care executive is blaming me instead..What sort of service is this?They didnt even connect to their seniors, trying to evade the whole thing.Really cheap behavior from Vodafone.You know what I am closing my account with Vodafone
VODAFONE CHARGED TWICE WITH ME AND IT IS LOOSING TRUST. WHEN FIRST THEY DEDUCTED FOR IT I MADE A COMPLAINT TO 198. TJEY HAVE SAID YOU ARE USING THAT SITE. I DONT KNOW ABOUT THAT SITE. Same happened to me also. Rs 99 was deducted from my account on 28th nov 2014.And when I contacted customer care they were not able to give a explanation. I hope to get proper answers . I am fed up of these deductions.

I am loyal customer with Vodafone for the past 8 years (approx). I faced a lot of dissatisfaction today with the Vodafone system.
My Vodafone mobile number is 9176454174.
On Jan-06-2015, Rs.99 was deducted from my balance without my knowledge. I didn’t even get any sort of alert for the same. On checking with the Vodafone customer care, the answer that I got was not really convincing.
They told the balance was deducted as I clicked on an advertisement costs Rs.99. Isn’t the duty of Vodafone to take care of this? I cannot ask or blame the website that pop-ups this ad because my money was used up from my Vodafone balance which is solely from your gateway.
What would happened If I didn’t have had sufficient balance. In that case, I am sure that balance would have not got deducted so having some balance in the pocket is the crime?
I wouldn’t have cared if there is an intimation or any sort of confirmation before charging money from it. Money was deducted randomly for unknowingly clicking on some random advertisement. So, I am fooled here. My money is being robbed. This is what rally annoying..
When I use broadband for internet, I had never faced this issue of unknown hidden charges for clicking advertisements which makes me think that Vodafone had a hand in this cheat works. I am really sorry for saying this.
Since the money is used from the Vodafone gateway, I can suggest you to block these external third party spams from using Vodafone money.
That would help us big time.
