Hi, Rs 99 has been appeared on my postpaid bill of month Oct-Nov. It shows that I have downloaded something from mydala 99 on 4th of Oct. I even don’t know what is Deals mydala 99 is. Vodafone just subscribed the deal itself and transfer the burden on me. Vodafone is a fraud company

Even im charged rs 99 by vodafone for my_deals_dala99 by vodafone in last month bill on 20/11/2014 And customer care is saying i have downloaded an application and im totally unaware of any download on my part .i think this is a fraud bill invoked by vodafone to keep post paid bills high as lots of customers are facing this issue and have complaint for same.

I have also charged for mydala on my billing cycle date for rs 99 and along with that some mgossip downloading charge of 98 rs (49*2). I have not used either of them. I don’t want to pay them either. Fix it ASAP

Vodafone people are looters. On 9 dec I was looted for 49/-. On 18 dec I was looted again for 99/-. On 18 dec itself I spoken to Mr. niranjan of customer care. He assured me that entire amount will be refunded within four hours. till now at 10 am on 22 dec refund has not taken place. This loot was due to automatic activation of My dala. My dala is a stupid service which activates of its own moment you connect to internet and start surfing. It opens up and something is activated depending upon how much balance you have in your account. More you have bigger bid deal is activated. my mob. no is 9886050292. If vodafone people are monitoring this forum please note I will never use your internet. I will never recharge more amount in future. Instead 10/- is comfortable. Or refund my 49/- and 99/-.

I have faced many time trouble with my Vodafone bill due to wrong billing of last continuation, this is very bad for good organization and I am frustrated with Vodafone why this charge again and again. My Vodafone no. 9873153948 billing of last month Nov’2014, add wrong charges Rs.99 for download deal_mydata_99 and Rs. 20 others download. this is shame full for billing system.

I am a prepaid user . Even from my balance Rs 99 has been deducted last night for this my dala thing saying you bid has been registered .. I don’t even know what the hell is this . I called the customer care Vodafone but they say they won’t can’t help me out . This is ridiculous . before seeing this forum I didn’t even knew Voda is associated with mydala .. My Dala.com is looting money unnecessarily from my accnt…evn when im not asking or availing any offer or subscription.Its automatically deducting money.Mydala.com is indirectly commiting a cyber crime and it should be stopped immediately.We earn money with utter hard work and websites like these are stealing money like this.Vodafone should stop unwanted services like these immediately.

Today Vodafone deducted 99 from my prepared balance when I called customer care they said I have downloaded something from mydala 99 on 22 of JAN 2015 I even don’t know about the deals Vodafone just subscribed the deal itself Vodafone is shameless… Cheating the people IN THE NAME OF DEALS… FRAUDULENT… If we don’t do it means VODAFONE should refund US.

This is repeating. I m planning for portability to other service providers.

I bought a voucher for 50% off in CCD from vodafone *111# services…. But when i went to a CCD they said that, that coupon number which i got was already used even though I didnt use it anytime before. I checked on forums n saw that many more people have experienced the same thing. Vodafone n mydala together r scamming people.

I’ve bee experiencing this my dala offer for last couple of month. I’ve checked it proper yesterday as I was looking on other tabs as well. Moment Mydala tab is opened up with offer, it got auto accepted within couple of sec. though I had the option of rejecting it, but couldn’t do that in couple of sec, Vodafone worked pretty smart to avoid TRAI regulation but this is also deviating from TRAI regulation as auto acceptance is something which is not accepted by TRAI. My no. is 83340-61406. This is a very good tactics to inflate bill and customer care keep on harping that users have done something to get the offer. Need to document this with proper authority if this is not been taken care of

I would like to register case in consumer court against Vodafone for this Mydala charges that have been charged on me.For month of Dec`14 Vodafone accepted mistake and waived off charges but for month of Jan`15 they now charged 277/-Rs for Mydala service without using it. I am assuming Vodafone having some contract with Mydala in this scam.

I am constantly getting inflated bills with my dala charges or download charges which i have never done. I am going to complain in conumer forum as i see lot if people are facing with these fraudlent charges. Once these were reversed but again I am getting my dala messages with these charges.

In my bill dtd 6.03.2015, I have following charges levied:
d2c_mydala_99 – 3 times ( 2 times at same time); d2c_mobilart_75 ( 2 times) which is amounting to Rs 437.00. I do not about know about these downloads nor I have ever heard of them. This is ridiculous. Please take up the matter and correct the bill. -
I have been charged Rs 228 as VAS which I have never opted for. I have been a proud owner of a Vodafone number for past 9 years. This Mydala scam on my number started off with Rs 99 charged on my personal number. Now I have Rs 228 Billed on my official number. What the hell is going wrong with Vodafone ?

Vodafone should never allow any third party to deduct our balance illegally. -

I got deduction rs49 saying mydala which i never opted for, the way of looting gone up from idea and Vodafone the number one fraud company ever seen.
