Vodafone charged for hello1_tvallsouth and wapvilla_ppd

I am a Vodafone customer and have a post paid account. I was charged Rs. 99 for browsing some site called hello1_tvallsouth and Rs. 49 for wapvilla_ppd. When I called the Vodafone service center they told me that I had gone to the above sites and hence have been changed. I do not remember even browsing these sites and now they are asking me to pay for something I have not used. they are unable to give a proper explanation of what was downloaded or how this site works. They say that it is a subscription amount for 30 days, but I have not asked for any such subscription. They are not ready to reverse the charges. Kindly liik into the same.
