Vodafone billed me for D2C_Mazaa_99 which I never downloaded or seen to be downloaded.

Hi,
I am a Vodafone Post-paid customer, and I am charged twice for downloading D2c_Mazaa_99 which i never used or seen to be downloaded.
what is this?
and it was downloaded twice for this issue i was charged Rs 99/- for each download on dated 20.01.2015. and moreover for other two applications like D2C_Mydala_99 download (I dont know what is this shit!!!!), I was charged again Rs 99/- which billed me Rs 426/-, I dont know what to do!!!! where should I go????

    Hi,
    I got same issue and been charged Rs.396 only for these fake charges.

    I have been unnecessarily charged by Vodafone Rs. 99 for some strange weird download that I never did:

    d2c_mazaa_99

    I want my money back… You vodafone is cheating customers by simply charging for downloads. Though I have a monthly 3G data plan which I never exceed, still vodafone has charged me this Rs. 99.00… Looks like vodafone is looting customers

    Same thing happened with me, I got charged twice 99 for d2d_mazaa_99 downloads.

    I got the same thing. Total cheating by Vodafone. On 5th Feb, 2015, I got charged with d2c_mazaa_99 and that too at 1:55 at night when I remain asleep (Also I have wifi in home). Similarly, on 21st January, they charged me delights_md_rs_40 (Rs 40). It seems you need to keep every vigil on the bill. Cheating and fraud are the norm of Vodafone.

    Whereas they agreed to reverse Rs 40, however, I want this 99 (charged in Feb) also back to my account.

    Same thing happened for me mobile bill on feb’15 is having d2d_mazaa_99 and d2c_mydala_99. Both of which it costs 99 .

  9. I am a vodafone postpaid customer +91-9579327564 and I have been wrongly charged for the “d2c_mazaa_99” on 1st march for Rs. 99 which I have never used or heard of. I was also wrongly charged for “pko_h1tvw_w_35” for which i received the sms which i immediately got reversed by calling the customer care. I want these charges reversed. You cannot simply charge anything to the customer. This is fraud.

    I was overcharged by ~Rs. 500 last month for different download names like this. When I called the customer care the reverted it.
    Again this month I am seeing this ‘d2c_mazaa_99 ‘ and a charge of Rs.99. If they are going to continue this way i might have to shift to another provider.

    What is MAZAA Mobile.????. I have been charged Rs 99/- in the last month bill and again in this bill. Please brief me and give me the reason for this. For your information I have been using this connection for past six years and I have never seen this before.
