VODAFONE BILL CHARGED FOR RE 1 STORE @ 50 FAKE DOWNLOADS

Dear Vodafone team,

My mobile number is 9916657757. I could see current month June 2015 . I have been charged for Rs. 50 Re1 Store. Last month bill also you charged Rs. 50 and you refunded. but again this month fake downloads with out customer confirmation how can you activate one use plan, .Only Vodafone team and God can say what are these charges for.

I wonder what’s this strategy of making money from customers.
I was using past 10 years Vodafone connection and i am a HR manager one Reputed Telecon company .
.
When I called up Customer care , they didn’t give any proper explanation on it.
This is ridiculous. Please reimburse the money Rs. 50..

Till then i dont want to pay any bills,
