I have submitted my SONY XPERIA U ST25i on 19th Agust 2013.to V-Care.
It has been more than 2 months now but I still haven’t received my phone .
I have been following up with your customer care almost everyday for last 1 month but they dont answer me properly …there is only a problem of creen brokage and they always say that part is not available but in sony service centre i confirm that the part is available. Last time my cell when go they take 1 and a half month to return it back and when i got my ceell back there is oil and dust in sreen and scraches on camera and when now i give my cell again i face same time problem . please take it seriously pllease this is my request ……………… i am vry uncomfutable without my ccell and they never the phone calls seriously they always say sir we dnt this is not rite please loook this company
