Vas hungama wrong deduction

My Reliance-GSM number 8003948045 . I have not enabled VAS Hungama. Confirmed by sending sms STOP to 121 . But Reliance-GSM automatically enabling VAS Hungama service for which I am getting sms VAS Hungama deduction SMS and 20/- charging eveytime. It is 2nd time in last 15 days.
I contacted customer center and they comfirmed that I have not subscribed any VAS service and then they promised to stop credit amount which was deducted for VAS wrong. and till now not disable give my money back stop this nonsense activating vas every time.

  4. My Reliance-GSM number 8055644562 . I have not enabled VAS Hungama. But Reliance-GSM automatically enabling VAS Hungama service for which I am getting sms VAS Hungama deduction SMS. In last week they deduct 10 rs
    please deactivate the service and refund .

    My Reliance-GSM number 7821986809 . I have not enabled VAS Hungama. Confirmed by sending sms STOP to 121 . But Reliance-GSM automatically enabling VAS Hungama service for which I am getting sms VAS Hungama deduction SMS . this happening with me from the last 3 months. around 200 rs have been deducted from my account. i want the solution as soon as possible otherwise i will switch my network, aakhir har cheez ki limit hoti hai.
    plz suggest me.

    I did not request or subscribe for this service.

    Reliance Communications is requested to

    1. Kindly turn off all VAS on my number.
    2. Cancel the VAS and refund the deducted amount.
    3. In the future, do not charge for any VAS unless asked for.

    Ihave been unnecessary been charge for Vas Hungama here is the amount which your company has charge me RS 3 on 28/11/15 , RS 3 on 30/11/15 , RS 3 on 07/12/15 ,RS 5 on 18/12/15 and my no is 9324631366 this is reliance GSM number
    i hope to get my money and you will be able to stop VAS HUNGAMA GSM SERVICE TO STOP ON MY PHONE on my phone .

    my no is 8817817434
    every day money is getting deducted from my phone balance for VAS Service. it is around Rs 30-45 /day. could you please take necessary action as soon as possible. or you have to fa e the legal action as I would go to consumer forum for same.

    I do not know how this service got activated on my number. It has deducted my 15 rupees. And i guess Reliance has a lot to work out on their customer care services. I have used many other operators but this is the most frustrating. Please deactivate the Hungama VAS service and refund my money.

    Vas hungama has been activated and Rs 40 is being deducted frm my balance,hav not activated the same…. Why is there an issue regularly in this regards .
    I want my money Rs 40 refunded immediatly .
    Hope there will b no issue next time …

    I have raised a complaint mo no. 9015043501 for wrong deduction of balance due to internet usage. Service request no. for the same is 258249804. And deactivate all VAS services through the Customer care.

    On 15th aug, I have already left with the internet balance of 900 mb in my account but operator has deducted around Rs56 balance from my account. When I contacted customer care helpline 198, customer care representative stated me that it was deducted due to usage of internet. If I have already left with some data balance 900 mb then how could it be use of internet?
    Customer care took my complaint but they closed it after a day by refunding the required money and Service request no. 258249804 is solved on 17/08/2017 and then again for wrong deduction of balance of Rs. 56. On 17/08/2017or 18/08/2017.
    First of all there should not be any balance deducted from my account if I have already left with data balance.
    According to Consumer Protection Act, 1986 it is a deficiency in service that company is starting any service without any permission from the customer. And the policy of the company to refund wrong deduction of charges only if the customer has called within 24 hrs. of deduction is unjustifiable. And from 17/08/2017 to till today I have not received any service from company then how would I know that any service is activated by company.
    So please sir I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
