PURCHASE MICROMAX Q7 MOBILE PHONE ON 31-10-11 ALONG WITH 2 YEAR EXTENDED CARE PACK . I FACED PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE IN JUNE-2012 AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CARE PACK AGENCY(V-CARE). THE EXECUTIVE OF ORIEN TELE SERVICES COLLECT MY PHONE ON 5 JULY ON BEHALF OF CARE AGENCY, NOW CARE AGENCY ASKED ME SUBMIT ALL ORIGINAL DOC’S AND ACCESSORIES OF PHONE LIKE BILL,CARE PACK DOCS, CHARGER,BATTERY HAND FREE ETC. AND MY PHONE IS NOT REPAIRABLE AND THEY WILL REFUND ME REFUND ME 25% OF MY CURRENT PHONE VALUE HOW EVER MY PHONE IS UNDER WARRANTY OF MICROMAX AS WELL AS CARE AND ONLY 8 MONTHS OLD.

    My sister bought new mobile Sony Experia P and took Vcarepack just to ensure fool proof
    service of her new mobile by paying extra bucks to the dealer.

    Now her mobile has gone faulty and it was taken for repair on 12.01.2013 with slip no 3332.
    With the policy of returning the mobile in 7-14 days, it has taken more than 3 weeks till date
    and the phone is still in the service centre (who knows???).

    This is the service for which they take extra amount. Ther are cheaters and frauders, even the
    thieves are better than them. Kam se kam samne se to loottein hein.

    If thay had been running this company in America, they would have faced the right consequences…

    I wish we could have read the reviews earlier.

    I am also having my HTC INCREDIBLE S hand set with V CARE PACK but when I am trying to reach them….nobody is picking up my phone and even they were also not replying on the online form that I have submitted. Infact I called them many times but their is no response from them and most if time it says”The Number you dialed is always BUSY”.

    I paid 1400 extra to just get this service but I am not even able to login on their portal with given customer V-Card ID…

    Fake…….Yes they are fake

    I gave my mobile NOKIA LUMIA 720 at ‘Orien Tele Services’ for change of touch screen on 07.07.2014. It’s 21.07.2014. This company seems to be a fraud. I wish I get back my phone safely. It has already been a fortnight and the executives are not answering my calls. I might soon call cops and ask them where the hell is my phone. I don’t want to wait for 3 months like a person in my acquaintance had to. He too called up cops and finally he got his phone after 3 months.
    Moreover this company doesn;t use original parts. And who knows they might take off the other original parts and replace them with the duplicate ones.
    Someone help me. 🙁
