Unwanted Balance Deduction

I had been using the Aircel network for last two years, but from last 2 months Aircel service provider is deducting my balance on every single recharge in the name of HUNGAMA DOWNLOAD even though I had not been using any kind of internet service from Aircel service provider.
I am frustrated now,I can’t handle this any more. They need to stop this immediately otherwise I have to switch to other service provider.
