unreasonable Dedudction

Sir/Maam,

i have complaint against the aircel Mumbai , this is something am facing for so many times and every time they have fake reasons for the deduction of the balance.

some day before they have deducted certain amount of money from my balance account and when i asked about the deduction so they had cheap answers like you have consume the data that is why you have been charged,but i have not consumed any data neither intentionally nor by mistake .

i want this kind of fraud should be stopped and a strong action should be taken against the people/company.

expecting a fruit full action and earliest possible revert from your side.
