Dear sirs,
I am using reliance sim from last 5-6 months and my experience is so bad. whenever I recharge my number , Reliance often cuts unnecessary charges of rs. 1,3,5 or rs. 25. I am tired of calling the reliance customer care executives . they listen to me initially and refunded the amount but now from the last 3-4 months , they are even not coming on line to resolve my issue. This little amount becomes a big amount which reliance is charging for the services which I never started. please help me to get my balance back and please make me sure that these things will not happen again. thank you
