Name of company/service: Bajaj Finance
I took a loan from Bajaj Finance for a consumer durable product in Feb, 2012. My customer id is:7201431.
1. Last 2 EMIs was not pulled from my bank account because of technical issues as said by the officials and they want cash for the same.
2. Rs. 225/- is been deducted from my Ac as charges towards the Bajaj Finance Loan.
3. When 225/- can be pulled every month without fail why not rest 2 EMIs, which is nominal Rs. 914/- per month.
4. The executives will call once a month around 20th or 25th saying, we are coming to your place to collect money.
I fail to understand that a company like Bajaj Finance has agents to take money door to door. No calls are given from the customer care dept. asking for the reason of not paying the EMIs. The reason I wouldn’t want to give cash is because of 1 past bad experience with Reliance Communications. They are unable to fix up things and don’t know half the story as to till when the installment is due etc.
I am very clear, I will not give any cash at my door step to a stranger. For cheque also they have their own reasons.
Pathetic state of the executives and the company.
Look forward for some positive reponse, so that this headache goes away.
