   Dear Richa,

   As discussed over the call, with reference to your loan account number: 4040CD00284601, we would like to inform you that we have waived off the penal charges sof Rs.1450 levied to your loan account as a Service Gesture.

   We request you to please make the payment of the 2 EMI overdue in order to close your loan account.

   Please follow the below mentioned steps if you are logging in for the 1st time

   1.) Log on to our website http://www.bajajfinservlending.in and click on Customer Login option.
   2.) Sign in by entering the User Name and Default password received by you from -us
   3.)Kindly read the Terms and Conditions carefully and click on ‘Agree’ to proceed.
   4.)Select one Security question and your Answer.
   5.)Enter Email ID and Mobile Number registered with us and click on ‘Next’.
   6.)Kindly enter your Date of Birth or in case of a corporate customer please enter Date of Incorporation. Format
   needs to be: dd/mm/yyyy.
   7.)Please reset your password with a new password. Password should have at least 6 characters and at least one
   special character to keep the password secure.
   8.)Thus after completion of the First login process, you will come to your Home page on our website.

   We would like to inform you that an online payment can be made only for the overdue EMI . This facility is
   offered to customers who have Net Banking activated for their Bank account.

   In order to make an online payment you may follow the below mentioned steps –

   Step 1: Log on to http://www.bajajfinservlending.in and click on the tab “Pay EMI Online”.
   Step 2: Select your bank name from the drop down menu and enter your loan account number. The details of
   your overdue EMIs will be displayed.
   Step 3: Enter the amount for which you wish to make an online payment.
   Step 4: You will be redirected to your bank’s net banking site. Follow the regular net banking procedures to make
   your online payment.

   Please note that on successful completion of the transaction, a Transaction ID will get generated for any future reference.
