Name of company/service: Uninor
Delivery reports and all incoming messages from other uninor numbers suddenly stop for 2-4 days…this keeps happening very frequently,like every time 5-6 hours or so…and when this happens,only messages from uninor users stop coming,sms from other providers can still be received and sent…Moreover customer care of uninor doesn’t reply well they ask to wait for 5 hrs for inconvenience still same problem continues and when thy transfer their call to senior executives they keep us on hold and never reply…
Please help me m in marketing dept its my job to sent addresses via text messaging…They own an third class server please cancel their licensing because it always get overloaded and customer care replies there is congestion in network as server is down…and this happens every day
whats the use of the low costs and all if it doesn’t work all the time???
