Uninor is cheating with their customers

Name of company/service: Uninor

I got message from uninor that recharge with Rs.10 and get talktime of Rs.15. Rs.7 talktime will be given imdetaite and Rs.8 talktime will be given within 48Hours. Offer ends 16July. I rechargerd it on 12-7-2012 and on 13-7-2012 with Rs.10 voucher. But till now I didn’t got the remaining balance. I called to customer care and asked about it. Customer care executive said “you need to recharge with mobile(mobile to mobile recharge). She can’t do anything.” But they didn’t mentioned anything within message regarding mobile recharge.
Uninor is also activating various packs automatically without permission. They activated 3 various services without my permission. I have deactivated all packs by calling on 777 as complaint that it has been activated without my permission but still they didn’t refund me. Within a week they again activated one pack called “sizzler pack” without my permission. I complained regarding this to that customer care but they didn’t accepting that from there side it has beed activated. The executive had just deactivated the pack. They didn’t refund any. My uninor cell no. is 9172120010.

    As I said I had talked with cutomer care on 2.30pm on 16-7-2012 and deactivated my sizzler pack without any refund. On that same day they automaticaly activated game pack witout my permission. It is activated for free for 1day. But it has to be manually deactivate by calling on 777 otherwise it will renewed automatically.

    Now again today 16-7-2012 on 6.00pm uninor automatically activated sizzlers pack without my permission and my balance reduced…there is no meaning to have balance to make call because all my balance is deducted by uninor by activating various packs without my permission…My phone is on my desk and suddenly receive sms from uninor that they activated the pack…Consumer forum please help me as soon as possible…

    I have deactivated pack by calling on 777. and complaint them they activated pack without my permission. But still my reduced balance has not refund

    Again today on 17-7-2012 at 10.01am uninor has activated Sizzler pack without my permission…This is the daily routine of there company…I deactivate it manually but still again they activate and they didn’t refund any…I am just getting frustrated with this company…Consumer forum please help me to get my money back…

    Again now on 17-7-2012 at 3.49pm uninor has activated bollywood pack without my permission….Uninor is deducting my balance for pack which I haven’t activated..themself activating the service……..uninor may be doing this with lots people…For illiterate people this will be the worst case because they may not no what happend…Please do something consumer forum as soon as possible because I have to deactivate packs regularly by calling on 777….cost of value added pack is deducted from my account balance whenever they activate any pack. So whenever I want to call someone there is no balance. I also stopped now to recharge because of this problem….I want refund from uninor…

    Again right now they activated Bollywood pack and deducted my balance. I have deactivated service as complaint by calling on 777. They deactivate it but still didn’t refund my money for all these activation that I didn’t activated as I mentioned in previous complaints…t

    These many number of my complaints but look still no replies from Uninor to solve my problem any refund my money..

    Again today on 18-7-2012 they uninor activated Sizler pack at 1.38pm without permission and they deducted my balance. These many number of my complaints but look still no replies from Uninor to solve my problem any refund my money…Never seen such company…

    today on 10-8-2012 they uninor activated Sizler pack at 1.38pm without permission and they deducted my balance. These many number of my complaints but look still no replies from Uninor to solve my problem any refund my money…Never seen such company

    Hi,

    I am an consumer of uninor from last 2 years.I would like to informed you i.e.i have refiled my uninor no with 100 top up as well as 49 stv on 16 Feb 2013.But i havent used i.e. money bez of you shut down your operation in mumbai hence i want my money back other wise i will take a ligal action against your company.

    My question is if you are shutting your operation in mumbai then atleast you have to drop a sms to the consumer before one week but even i have not get a call as well as sms from your end.

    so kindly look into the matter and resolved it as soon as possible other wise soon you will get a ligal notice from my end.

    Uninor is also activating various packs automatically without permission. They activated 1 various services without my permission. I have deactivated all packs by calling on 777 & 155223 as complaint that it has been activated without my permission but still they didn’t refund me. I complained regarding this to the customer care- dtd-22.10.2014 deducted Rs-30/- in my mobile balance.
