I am having salary account in AXIS bank. July 24 2012, I tried to withdraw money from Axis bank ATM but money didnt come out, showing the message of insufficient funds though i was paid my salary on the same day. later on i found that my entire salary has been deducted from bank without prior notice. i have called customer services but left with no answer. i have refereed internet banking and finally came to know that my salary has been locked as lien balance because of credit card dues.
very next day July 25 2012 i went to Axis Bank branch and spoke with Mr. Mrugesh Suthar, Vice President – Brnch Head of Race Course circle (North), Vadodara Gujarat but again i could not get result he asked me to go to collection department in another branch which is in manjalpur. so i ran there and spoke with Mr. Taral Ghai, Assistant Vice President – Head, manjalpur branch but no response, only thing he said he will revert back to me before evening and of course he reverted back but with no result. he simply said this is not his responsibility to help customer. he mailed me some documents which he claims he has sent to my home address confirming for lien deduction but i believe that the letter he has mailed is created today only and i have no such communication from bank.

why lien has been done in my account while i w as paying my credit card dues.
on June 12 2012 i have paid minimum payment for credit card but still lien amount has been done on my account
No concern authority to help customer for example Mr. Mrugesh & mr. Taral therefore you are not providing customer services and therefore you re not able to solve the issue
