Unfair charges in Internet Scheme. (Vodafone)

Location/place: Gujarat/ Surat

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My internet Scheme was 98 RS/- per 2 GB (Month).
My Mobile no. – 8140499866 (Postpaid) Bill on month of April.
But when my usage was going exceed then my scheme.it should be giving me intimation that your usage is going exceed then your scheme. But they did not intimation to me. By that reason by inaccuracy I had used extra 99.69 MB (102088 KB). They Charges 1020.88 + SERVICE TAX (10 KB per 10 paisa).
I have many times called on 111, 198 & Nodal Office but they did not give me proper response. Also many mail given to Vodafone but result is not found.
(First mail on dtd 08.06.2012 at 7:54 pm on NODAL)- In response they write round and round but not tell me about intimation message/ any no. so that I can direct check my internet usage/or anything else.
(Second Mail on dtd 10.06.2012 at 10.48 pm on NODAL)- In response same above.
(Third mail on dtd 14.06.2012 at 12.57 pm)- Response same above.
(Forth mail on dtd 16.06.2012 at 8.48 am on KEYUR CHHAYA ) – Not response.
In between I had many times called the Nodal office on 111, & 198.
Dtd- 21.06.2012 at10:45 on +91-99250 00401 Mr. Deepak was Nodal officer after long discussion he told me that we have intimated to you when your usage is 80% of Internet scheme & when your usage is 100% of scheme(means 2 GB use) we have intimated you. But a fact thing is that they have not any intimation message give me.
I said ok then give me the detail when you have message me and what type message you have given me. He told me that give me 2 days for above detail I said ok & I also told him that he will calling me after 2 days.
As discuss he will call me in 2 days But He did not call me after 6 days then I again called on dtd 27.06.2012 at 1:20 pm on 9825098250 Mr. Deepak (Nodal officer).I request for Message which was give me in 2 day. But he trying to making me fool that our IT department have no Data regarding 80% or 100%.But we have intimated you. So we cannot give you that message or any detail. Then he cut the call.
Now come on these conclusion that by them mistake I used extra MB. So these not my fault. And every moth they charges Service Tax + Due date payment charges.
Kindly look into and give me reply as quick as possible.
