The service registration number assigned for my correspondence is 1593152196, there has been random balance deduction from my account inspite of placing complaints for Rs.99/-, Rs.15/-., Rs.5/- Rs.1.50/- and so on wiping off my entire balance. As claimed by the company, the charges are for DNLD-D2C_NDTV_VALUEPK_99-NDTV, DNLD-HELLO1_TV_15-HELLO1STORE, etc which i have never ever downloaded nor have i ever heard about this. These are completely ingenuine charges and i want afull reversal of this. Each and every paisa is hard earned by me and i cannot let vodafone to play such a fraud on its customers. Moreover i was denied to register a complaint, only after pressurizing them i was finally allowed to lodge a complaint against such dedcutions.
