Dear Team,
This is the mail regarding the dispute for the order number 2014081204491 which was placed On 12-Aug for the product (Roti Maker) which i was received on 24 and that was faulty after receiving that product at once i made a call to 1860 500 1860 and log a complaint for the replacement of product. I got a new product and when my wife used it there is current coming in that product and then we again call on the same number for the refund on 5th sep after making query over the phone one of your senior agreed for the refund and assured me that they will issue a cheque.When i tried to call and know the status for my cheque they told me they never promise me for such.
Kindly do the needful for the case and asked them for the refund.
