TVC SKY SHOP RECEIVED AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT BUT DO NOT DISPATCHED THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER

I am dis-satisfied about TVC Comapny home delivery service
and
I m true example of this, why ? see my problem below :

Problem :

I booked product online on your website. right

Product Book on Dated : 23-04-2014
Product is : White Topaz

this date & product shown in my Account which is on your website. right

but till now (today dt – 19-05-2014) i did not received my product. why ? shame on TVC Sky
Company

and TVC Company customer representative number are foolish
because there no picked phone only computer machine voice are there.
this is also west of money of the customer.

according to Comapny; The delivered of product in 48 hours but in my case 27 days gone but
product not delivered. why?

this is a cheating with Every Customer!

and I say must this is a lost of money & time & My Calling Paisa also.

who pay my this valuable money i.e. calling rate & my time.

and TVC Sky Shop Company are responsible for this so TVC Sky Shop Company have to pay penalty
because this is necessary for Future. so that the company do not repeat this problem with
other Customers.
