I am one of the combatant member of armed forces presently posted to jamnagar,gujrat from gorakhpur,U.P.
On 19 apr 14, a person named kulbir singh alias kabir singh called me on mobile no.9532573267 and told u have won maruti suzuki celerio car and u have to pay 10,000/rs for car registration and this car will be given to u in august month. They have given their icici bank account no. 072005001009 & ifsc code icic000720.i asked how can i believe u then they told u paid this amount and we will give u some gift of this amount in free of cost.i asked once u r giving free of cost then what for this amount is required they told company have to save tax on this gift item,so saving tax we r required this amount.so i paid to their account through sbi freedom plan from my mobile.
again , on 23 apr 14 they called me and told u will have to pay 2600/rs for id.opening purpose. So i paid this.
Again, on 12 &13 may 14 a girls named anju singh called me and told u have to pay 30,000 rs for handing over the car to ur home town .once i have denied and told i will not pay this amount then they taken me in confidence and told this car will be definitely given to u in aug month u believe me and do last transection.so i again become fool and i paid this amount to them.
but their demand never finished and once again on 02jun 14 they told u pay only 5000/rs.as my big amount was with them so i have to paid this amount to them.
Again on 13 jun 14 a person named manish sharma make me fool and i paid 5000/rs to them.
Again , on 02 jul 14 they told pay only 1000/rs and we will send u confirmation mail.
Again, on 12 july 14 they told this is last transection
u pay only 5000/ rs and i paid.but they crossed all limit on 21 aug 14 &told u have to given ur account details and atm details for official purpose and they told give ur pin no. inspite of repetedely t elling they promised methat they will not withdraw any amountt from myaccountt in between i changed atm pin no.but they taken out 7098/rs from my account.once i have complain to their company email Id. [email protected] about this they told that this amount will be returned to u but they never returned this amount to me.
They assured that 31 aug 14this car will be given to u.but on 31 aug 14 they told car is given to some other person.
again I ttold them returened my 67098rs to me then they told we have given the gift of
53098rs l told u have given ur own product Which cost is not more than 30,000/rs .again i told returned my 14000/ rs which is still with them they told take productd of this amoount . once i denied to take product they threatened that u go anywhere we r not going to return this amount.
Sir, therefore it is requset that kindly intervene in this matter and help me to my money back and take some legal action against this company and their people like kabir singh,anju singh,manish sharma so that nobody will fall pray of this fraud people and company .
