Toshiba India: LCD – Customer Service— complain no. 062312-997

I have purchased Toshiba LCD from Vijay Sales(Prabhadevi, mumbai) last year in Sep’11. There was problem in TV on 23 july 12 (under warranty period) .
I have launch com,plain no.062312-997 ,,, complain is not resolved. Toshiba service centre person( Mr.Gopesh) has committed to give another model 32PB21ZE after paying extra amount,, after 1 month he telling that this model is not available. He has asking for another model. Now I am fed up of Toshiba service.
Now service centre has asked to contact Mr.Pramod(7738869620)([email protected]) and Rachna Joshi (9560098950 ([email protected]).

I am trying to contact them on there phone no. mention above & send them mails but no one is responding.
I want to launch legal complain against Toshiba.
