I have raised a disconnection request in September 2012 due to feasibility issue. There was no proper connection in my area so they couldn’t resolve the issue and said we cant do anything if you like to continue with us you can continue so i raised disconnection request and one fine day they sent there representative named Anand he verified the connection and said its not feasible and took the devices and went without giving any receipt even after we asked him to give he said its fine we don’t give any receipt so we let him take the device. Apart from that they had to give my deposit amount of 732 rupees back to me when i asked they said we are processing your request we will give back all you due soon every time i call them they say the same story give me 72 hours of time we will process your request and our representative will contact you. but till today i havnt got call regarding the same. As per there policy they have to process my disconnection request in 45 days and close all the thing in 45 days. I paid all my dues given the device everything is done and i kept on calling then since 4 months till they have not done anything still the status is same. Now what they are telling is that we have not given there device back to them so you only have to pay the penalty charges of rupees 1500 but we dont have device with us they have already taken with them. Please help me what to do on this issue.
