Ticket Confirmation Received However Not allowed to board d bus(TS-MMT

I have booked a bus ticket from delhi to kanpur through make my trip.com and after reaching the boarding point..we were not allowed to sit in the bus..we tried calling JBG bus service office…they disconnect our call.i want my full money to be returned along with my return expenses
