I gave my phone for service on 27th July in Micromax service center located in Jayanagar 6th block. My phone Micromax A76 had 2 problems , loudspeaker and touchscreen was not working . It was under warranty so I gave it in the micromax service center. They repaired and gave me on 9th July. They changed my touchscreen , so I got it with new touchscreen but they made some scratch marks at bottom by their tools, i said ok , no problem. I checked my touchcreen , it was working fine, so I came back home . Later I noticed some dust particles and gum marks are inside of touchsreen,which is quite annoying in white background so next day again I went there but they told they can’t do anything with that, If they do anything with screen, it will be gone and it will be charged for the new one. Also they have not fixed screws properly in back.
I just don’t want anything on the screen , It should be clear to watch videos or reading or texting etc. If there are dust particles and gum marks inside of screen, how can I clean it, it is their mistake not fitting the screen cleanly. So I want my phone with clear screen.
Please Help .
