The Company Is Not Refunding My Money

Sir,
In April 2012, i saw a advertisement by MSC Marketing (P) Limited regarding to make money through SMS in ‘Hindustan’ newspaper. After taking all the information by company, i deposited 990+25Rs in company’s SBI Meerut bank account no. “31012358688” on 23rd April. Company had sent me a courier couple of time through ‘Blezeflash’ courier but the courier had not reach me. When i enquired in courier company office, they told me that due to wrong address, i did not get the courier. Finally, i got the courier on 10-11th June when i sms my address to the courier company. Between these days, i regularly called MSC company office and they console me that i’ll get the courier on anyday. When i got the courier, i opened it and read all of its conditions. 1 of the condition was that if i did not like the work, the courier must have been send in company wihin 10 days and they will gave me only 905Rs. I sent this courier on 16th June and it was delivered on 18th June. When i called in company for refund my money, they said that they have not got the courier. When i daily and frequently call them to tell that the courier has delivered in your office, they refused to return my money. When i ask them what is the reason behind this, then after a long time; they told me that they sent the courier on my address on 29th April and according to condition, the courier must return within 10 days i.e, before 9th May and i had not return the courier within the specified time. That’s why, they will not return my money but the fact is that i received the courier after one and a half month. When i told them all this, they said this is not their responsibility and they will not return a single penny of mine. I spent around 600Rs. in STD calling to call the company from 23rd April till today. Now, i want all my money back. I request you to take very stiff action against this frod company so they will not take advantage of any costumer in future. The details of company are given below:
