Dear Sir/Madam,

I want to draw the attention of authorities towards a project where hard earned money of atleast 3000 people is at stake. Name of this project in TMC (Tanaji Malusare City), Karjat. This project was launched in 2008 with lots of promises like MMRDA, Clean housing society, Infrastructure but even after 3 years and taking almost 50-60% money from the customers, there is no work at the site. After repetitive calls and visits to their corporate office at belapur, no reply is being given to the customers.

A few weeks back, Head of TMC Mr. Vishwanath Phalke gave us time and tired to solve our queries. He was very good and replied to almost all of our queries. Answers which we recieved were shocking and heart breaking for us because we could see our and other 3000 customers hard earned money being evaporated.

Following is the information provided by Mr. Vishwanath Phalke.
1. Project was launched in 2008 and it was said that MMRDA is a partner in the project but now MMRDA is no more in the project, but it is not informed to all the customers.
2. Company hasn’t taken necessary approvals from the government like Environment clearance, MPCB clearance, Clearance from Karjat municipal corporation, Railways, Irrigation department etc.
3. There is a delay in the project because the main investors “Eredene Capital” has backed away from the project and one of the other investors has filed a case against the company, so company is trying to find a new investor.
4. more than 100 of its employees including MD and VP’s and main people have left the company because it hasn’t paid their salaries and other dues. those people are still waiting for their past salaries.
5. Company does not even have money to pay PF, Income tax and other duties to the government
6. Company has to vacate part of its office in belapur due to non payment of rent and other charges.

After hearing all this, we didnt knew what to do. whom to approach to recover our investments. we cannot come in open and fight. so we want the government to take action against this fraud copmany and make sure that we get our full money back with interest including registration and stamp duty charges.

through this medium i also want to wake other TMC customers to come together and take action against these frauds.

    I have booked one BHK in 2008. As per their employee I booked my flat in Building E-6. Every year I visited the site because I am working in the Gulf, every year they said to me they have not yet started the work of building “E-6” due to problem from Forester “THEY HAVE NO PERMISSION FROM FORESTER TO CONSTRUCT THAT SITE”. I will agree about their reply but they should construct the said building on the other site. From 2011 I have got same answered from their staff. I have paid my booking amount Rs.76,000/- all Registration Fess Rs.25,000/- and 1% V.Tax RS.5,000/- Total Rs. I have paid Rs.1,06,000/-. Till date there is no result, no final information.

    dont be sentimental.project is starting right now.we get possession upto dec 2015.gd day.

    i also book my flat in 2008 and i a have not received my flat. and yesterday i got mail from them regarding extra 150,000/- for 160 sq ft. they are asking money for delay construction time and increaseing price of materials. new company also having lot of froud cases in past. now i don’t know what to do

    I have also booked 1 BHK in TMC in 2008. Now almost after 7 years we have not got our own house.

    And now Sheltrex ( Brick Eagle) has taken over. They have send us the letter for additional payment of more than Rs 3,50,000.

    We all should come together and oppose for the additional payments and we will also not made cancellation as they are forcing us to do.

    Please do not pay any additional amount to them because after paying this they may ask you to pay more next time.

    i have also booked flat in E-6 in 2008. they took payment upto 2nd slab from me. now when i visited the site i found that the building is demolished and they have changed the location. can some body tells us whts going on?

    Tmc take the loan in the name of customer committed to pay the loan interest till the position of flat now they claim additional amount otherwise to stop the pre interest but bank want the interest of loan what TMC taken in the name of customer now it is double headache builder not giving the flat , bank want the interest of used amount. Is there any solution

    I also have booked 1BHK in TMC in 2008, & paid Rs 3,75,000+ st.duty+ registration fee + service tax etc. Due to so much delay & incomplete condition I want to withdraw from the project.I wrote many letters during last 1 year but there is no response from the Co. All TMC customers should unite & fight with the Co.

    I booked 1BHK in TMC in 2008and paid Rs 3,75000+st.duty+registration fee+ service tax etc. Till date. Due to so much delay & incomplete condition I wish to withdraw from the project. I wrote many letters during last 2 years but no response from the Co. All TMC customers should unite & fight with the Co.
