Dear friends sanjay singh’ RVA and Bhanu’s and 2 more partners are involving in this fraudulent mean recently one of his client Mr. Lallan has taken possession and bound with boundary and also paid extra 35,000/- but after 10 days he found his boundary is demolish and plot is in Bhanu area and bhanu has threaten this is my plot. These 4-5 people are doing Bluff so do not involve is this matter the company has shifted office frequently and given people belief that the co is 100% genuine so friends do not THINK ABOUT THIS COMPANY IT IS TOTALLY FRAUD sanjay singh Adhana, and his one of friend has sentenced to jail also in GRATER NOIDA PHASE-II A case has been lodged against him the case No. 749/13 SO friends you also asked for only refund not KABZA/POSSESSION because once you take possession/kabza after 10-15 days it will be demolish

Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased a Plot bearing No. H-101 measuring 100 sq yds in Greater Nodia, Gram Sikandrapur, Tehsil & Jilla – Gautam Budh Nagar, U.P., vide Bayana/Booking Agreement dated 13.03.2011 from M/s. RVA Realcon Pvt. Ltd. through authorized signatory Mr. Sanjay Singh Adhana, 9 & 16, Varun Tower, Near Ajronda Chowk, Sector 20-B, Faridabad and full payment of Rs.1,62,000/- were made by Cash & Cheque on time. After the payment they had asked to deposit again Rs.60,000/- towards development and registry charges which I had refused to do so since no development was took place till date and thus the matter of registry was kept pending. Surprisingly, after receiving the full payment their office shifted to 1st Floor, DLF Tower, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi, without any information to their clients and then after 2 months or so again shifted to Faridabad at two other locations in Green Field Colony, and now unable to trace out the company or its promoters.
Corporate Identification Number (CIN) is U70200HR2011PTC043978, Registeration Number is 043978. Registered office address in file is 9 & 16, 2nd Floor, Varun Towersector-20B, Near Ajronda Chowk, Faridabad – 121001, Haryana. Rva Realcon Private Limited currently have 2 Active Directors /Partners: Nancy Bhatia, Nand Kishore, and there are no other Active Directors / Partners in the company except these 2 officials. Rva Realcon Private Limited is currently in Active Status.
