Supply of Defective AC

I have purchased an Samsung Split AC costing around 40000/- through Bajaj Electronics through monthly EMI mode on 08.04.2015. The AC was installed at my residence on 14.04.2015 by Samsung company representative but the AC did not work at all after installation. The representative spoke to the company over phone and registered a complaint. After 2 days a service person came to check the AC and after checking said that PCB is not working. Then he said he will inform the status in the evening on 16.04.2015. But there was no update. I called up to customer care on 17.04.2015 and the samsung representative registered my complaint and said that they will attend the same in the evening. But even after 2days there was no response. I visited Bajaj Electronics where I purchased the AC to find out the status, but the Bajaj personnel said only customer calls will be attended by samsung. Later he said in 3 days problem will be solved. Even after waiting for another 3days the complaint was not attended. Again I called up to manager of Bajaj and the Manager said within 2days my problem will be solved. The next day service representative visited my residence and took photographs of the AC and too one cancelled cheque along with address proof and said that the AC will be replaced shortly. I waited for another 2 days still there is no response from Supplier side. Finally today i.e on 24.04.2015 i called up to customer care of samsung to know the status. But the representative was asking what is the issue? Even after so many complaints and lot of persual and wasting time and energy and money the samsung company is very casual and careless about providing me the right product even after receiving the amount from me.
In light of the above circumstatnces explained by me above, I request you to kindly provide me immediate replacement of the defective Ac supplied to me as already one month passed and we are suffering a lot in this hot summer without any fault of mine.
