Sub: Complaint regarding MTNL Broadband Connection

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is with reference to our Telephone line no. 011-25775181, which also happens to be our Broadband Internet Connection. Since last 1months we are facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every alternate day at periodic intervals. We have lodged numerous complaints, sent complaint letters; also met your officials couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. We have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection viz. Earthen issue, server problem, request time out, ADSL issues etc.
Our entire official work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections. We have been using your services since last 1years and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL.
So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else we will be forced to discontinue with your services. We hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.

    I Mr. ASHOK LAXMAN KHIRSAGAR and my consumer number is 2100342498, having address Near Stephen Church, Opposite Lawkim Co, G.B. Road, Manpada, Thane (W) – 400607 have been enjoying MTNL Broadband Service for many years

    Further this is inform you that even though our lots of reminders and complaints regarding the above mentioned subject still we don’t have any satisfactory response from your side. We already have given our complaint to your MTNL Helpline Number- 1504 docket details are mentioned above.

    We are facing the problem since last 2 months both for Broadband & Tariff Plans. We have requested so many times to send your executive who will check the line & resolve the problem. The abandoned MTNL services are creating lots of problems in our daily routine work. We are totally faded up of your services. So we are hereby requesting at last for rectifying the problem else we are planning switch to another Broadband & Tariff Plan Service Providers.

    Do the needful at your earliest.

  2. even after 100s of comlaints uneducated mtnl employees not does supports a bit instead gives random useless information … Since the date of installation i am facing disgusting MTNL service…. Even i had said uneducated mtnl employees to check d wiring… But are unable to. Download speeds are too much low than upload… Mtnl service the best bogus service took place here…

    Hi sir,
    I have mtnl broadband connection and it’s 7 th week has been passed my telephone is still dead, I made many calls on mtnl customer care but they are responding as they helpless.I also made many calls to exchange office, but useles response from them.
    They told me that telephone wire has been theft.But it’s 7 week about 2 months, Is mtnl has no wire storage. I am frustrated with this lasy process,and very keen to know this lasy process they fallow.
    Can I file rti to know this procedure.
    Even I don’t know is any thing goes better with my mtnl broadband connection after posting this message.
    It’s one belive someone reading with seriously and look into this problem

    Mena new connection 29 August ko booking kiya hai or abhi tak koi bhi update nahi hai already 9 days past ho chuka hai sabko haram ka paisa chaia bus isi liya private sector ka use hota hai

  5. i have an broadband connection from mtnl my number is 011-22341956 (mandoli budh vihar delhi-110093).
    my broadband is not working since last 15 days. no one is responding about the issue, MTNL SDO says problem will remain same until undefined time as wiring is cut by some guys. no one is taking responsibility.

    if they can’t do their work honestly then why they are eligible to taking sallery.

    all mtnl staff is so irritating no one try to understand my problem my whole work suffers all the time just because of MTNL’s damn bad service.

    please help me out.

    This is with reference to our Telephone line no. 011-25336149, which also happens to be my Broadband Internet Connection. Since last 15 days I am facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every 5-15 minutes at periodic intervals. I have lodged numerous complaints on 1504 (complaint no. 64300091/64303957) but they closed my complaints without solving the problem.
    I have also met your officials (Bal Udhyan) couple of times regarding the same, but it was all in vain as the problem still exists. I have been given a number of reasons for the frequent disconnection, server problem, request time out issues etc, but MTNL has the lack of technical expertise as nobody able to find the fault.
    My entire work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections. I have been using your services since last 6 months and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL. So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter on top priority else I will be forced to discontinue with your services. I hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.

Since last 5 months we are facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every alternate day at periodic intervals.     This is with reference to our Telephone line no. 011-22131433, which also happens to be my Broadband Internet Connection. Since last 07 days I am facing frequent internet disconnection issues almost every 02-05 minutes at periodic intervals. I have lodged numerous complaints on 1504 ( complaint No 64100827 ) but they closed my complaints without solving the problem.
    I have been using your services since last 6 months and do not expect this kind of services from MTNL. So, requesting you to kindly look into this matter . I hope you will take appropriate actions regarding the same.

    Dear Authority,
    Myself, Hemant Savla, a businessman in Santacruz West, Mumbai has been using MTNL Broadband Service since a long time. I am really unsatisfied by the MTNL service as my broadband connection frequently gets disconnected. The DSL light goes every 15 min.
    Regular complaints have been given verbally over the phone. Only assurance and complaint numbers are given each time but no fruitful action has been taken from the respective authorities.All the time they have been giving phone numbers of some authority who never pick up the phone As a businessman we need internet. But the frequent disconnection is causing us alot of trouble for us.
    I am a loyal costumer paying all the bills on time but I haven’t got yet the worth service in return. Our broadband connection gets disconnected every 15min. Still there is no concession given on the bill.
    I request you to take necessary actions else I ll have to switch to a private cable internet provider

    Dear Sir

    We are facing problem of frequent disconnection in broadband connection line since a month, I had filed complaint a week ago n yesterday too but the same issue has not been addressed yet by your office, the internet connection keeps on fluctuating every now and then .

    A person had come on saturday to fix the issue from your office but he has not dealt with it correctly and the issue still continues. We want you to resolve this matter at the earliest.
