I had surrender my policy no 550345756 in the name of Sujata Acharya near about 1 & half year back. LIC of India given me the cheque but unfurtunately Account no in the cheque was wrong. So I have again submittted the cheque near about 1 year 3 months back to reissue the fresh cheque. I have also given them the crossed cheque of HDFC bank and also the neft form required by them. But still I could not got my cheque.
Already it is 1 year passed. When ever I enquired they said that already we have issue the cheque. But I again convinced them that was the stale cheque and they again told me that we have directly transfer your amount in your account through neft. But till then no amount transfered.
Please look into the matter that it is already 1 & 3months passed.
