Hi,
I am using reliance gsm sim and cell#7827488334. I am trying to contact reliane customer care executive to put of my complain but during the call answering maching says to hold the call and customer care executive will contact you shortly and during to keep me on hold money start deducting from account but there are no one who can pickup the phone.

I received offer on 22nd August 2014 to recharge the my phone with Rs 10/20/30/ and 50 and will get full talk time with call rate 30 p/minute. I recharge my number and only received Rs 41.50 instead of Rs 50. And also they charged Rs3 for USSD charge which I don’t know about this. They always thefting money from the account and do not pick up the phone to put up the complain. Reliance is No.1 fraud company in India as in telecom sector but no one take the action aganist them. I called today also to contact their customer care executive but they put on answering machine which charged Rs7 for call duration 13 minutes and 56 second and I got no response them I disconnected the phone.

My request is to take the strong step against Reliance company.
