Not Solving & Not Responding Properly

I m not getting proper connection from 18th June 14, so i complained them but they said area problem so i thought it will settle and i ignored but after that, from 2nd July 14 i started facing very major problem it was my connection not working for a whole day and if it is working then after 6pm it goes down so i complained them and same reply i got (area problem) but that time my neighbors net was working properly even my other friends who stays in my area their net was also working properly but only my internet was facing area problem WOW, and from the 2nd July i complained many times but they replied with same reason of above and if they replied with different reason so it was, All is good from our company side but still we are registering your complaint and this reason was also i got many times with registering my complaint and i got complaint number 5 times but i have 3 registered number saved (10240136, 10289289, 10301662), even i mailed them for more then 4 times but not a single time they replied, then finally they sent their engineer on 5th August 14 and i told them its working properly for sometime but not for a whole day then they checked all the points where they can find problems but not found any problem that time and they said its all good there is no any problem but on that same day in evening i started facing problem again and still i am facing problem so i called again on 12th Aug also but again same reason they gave me it was area problem, and again n again i complained them many times but always giving same reason as above and not solving my problem and finally renew time came, on 17th Sept last day for my internet service but still i am facing problem, now i got really frusted with this service so i stopped to call them after 12th Aug14 but recently on 9th Sept 14 i called them again because i had important work or else i don’t like to listen their shit reason.

IN SHOT I AM REALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS BULLY SHIT INTERNET SERVICE THEY NOT LISTENING MY PROBLEM AND IF LISTENING THEN NOT SOLVING EVEN THEY NOT GIVING COMPENSATION ALSO PLEASE I AM REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE ANY PROPER ACTION AGAINST THEM AND GIVE ME JUSTICE PLEASE.

PLEASE TRY TO COMPENSATE ME FROM HATHWAY BROADBAND INTERNET FOR AT LEAST 1 MONTH WHICH I HAVE FACED.

PLEASE COMPENSATE ME.
