On 30.8.2014 I purchased Panasonic mobile hand set T14 model from Hello G dealer Ludhian to gift my daugher on her birthday on 19.9.2014. When opened on 19.9.14 by my daughter its display was diffused. Dealer did not replaced it. Then I emailed panasonic company but they did not respond to my two emails. Dealer said you go to service center. I went again ludhiana from chandigarh and service center said it will be repaired after one month.
So without any fault of mine I had to bear lot of mental harassment and loss of money to request these people. Still the phone has not been replaced.
