Judt two days back on my way back home found VLCC thought of checking once, the lady had all sweet words lurred me,got me signed up for 8sessions for 56000rps appx.[including tax]
Now am in emergency situation so cannot start my sessions with them, I started nothing but now when calling them for refund they say once payment is made,its gone,no refund. Its strange and am surprised that usually for any other companies usually there is a refund policy of 14days being cooling off period then some warranty/guarantee if this is not the case when you are taking customer;s money you let them know that it cannot be refunded so atleast we can think about it because its not peanuts its 50k amount. I never come across this in my entire life.
I trusted, its not customer friendly at all and I cannot be at loss,if at all its in the middle of treatment i changed my mind i agree. but its just 2days back they forced with nice words to do payment if not offer will be closed. Its not a small amount to leave. I need solution, refund back asap please

If you just let me sign on papers and bluntly say back that you dont refund because i signed, this is not a property snatching. Sometimes customers are also prioritized as per their personal situations. Im honest from my side that its only 2days back paid you, not started treatment/leaving in the middle so please kindly consider my request and i need a resolution asap!! if not i dont mind paying money to book a case because you cannot be fooling people, am an NRI am used to ppl always let me know of set terms if its something to do with even a single bit of money.
