My oder Id : 3450708379 had been cancelled atleast a month ago and I had provided all the bank details to [email protected] with the complaint number 11747791 on the subject line (as per their guidelines). But despite of multiple calls made to them I am not getting the satisfied response.

it is about more than a month since i cancelled my order ID 3047162377 at Snapdeal.Return Id is generated with no. 11610426.I have recd a damaged sofa cum bed for which i requested for a return with in 7 days of delivery as per the return policy. Everytime the customer care executive requested to wait for 24 hours and snapdeal will provide the courier details to pick it back. It is about more than a month now. My refund is not processed till yet.regards
