Snapdeal deliver issue

I have ordered Jazzup Talking Tom cat order no 3205839562 on 15th October, 2014 but till date I have not received my order. Today (21st Oct 2014) morning I got a message that my order has been delayed due to issues at courier end and the same will be resolved within next 72 hours. I checked the track in there site and found that it was packed since 16th Oct morning for courier. As per there poicy of trusted pay if the ordered is not shipped in 3 working days the order can be cancelled and whole amount is refunded, I tried to cancel the order but they have disabled the cancelled button. Then I called their customer service to cancel the order and they upfrontly refused to cancel the order. I couldn’t understand that if they have the courier issue this means they have blocked all the other orders of different consumers and not delivered not a single one till date. I AM NOT SURE WHETHER MY COMPLIANT WILL BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY AND RESOLVED…..

  1. i have placed oreder of couple of micromax led tv’s (payed in advance using credit card ) . i got one delivered after a long delay and other i did not get , but in my account it has been displayed as both the items are delivered . i have launched a complaient and i spoke to them min of 100 times for past 7 days but this representatives are not responding and at the end they are saying to wait for other 7 days to get the update on the complaint.

    i dont understand how may days will they take to resolve this issue if it takes 15 days to analyse .

    i am really looking to launch a case against this cheaters.

    some one please help me .
